The On-Line Service is confined to issues connected with the impact of Web 2.0 and related technologies on corporate professional services. It is not a general business advisory service and we reserve the right to decline to offer assistance if matters under discussion fall outside this area.
Users of the On-Line Service must accept full responsibility for the confidentiality of data during its transmission to / from us over the internet. We will treat all information received as strictly confidential and under no circumstances will it be disclosed to any third parties.
The On-Line Service is necessarily limited in the extent of advice provided and we are under no obligation to provide any follow-up assistance.

Payment for Content and On-Line Services
Descriptions of Content and On-Line Services, availability are set out on the Website and will be subject to variation and update from time to time.
You may during your use of the Website decide to make a Donation. In completing a Donation form you may be requested to make payment to PayPal using your email address. The Order process will require you to confirm your acceptance of these terms of service. We will confirm by email receipt of any Donation made by you. No contract will subsist between us in respect of you making a Donation until we have sent a confirmatory follow-up e-mail formally accepting your Donation and confirming that it has been recieved. Donations shall be accepted at our sole discretion.
As On-Line Service requests may be subject to availability, we will inform you as soon as possible if the time allocated to you is or becomes unavailable. All Donations to SIL Charity Solutions will be payable strictly in confidence. In the event that you need to cancel an On-Line Service request, any Donation made will be refunded in full providing email notification is received at admin@silcsolutions.com within 24 hours of any scheduled on-line meeting. Any cancellations instigated by SIL Charity Solutions will be refunded in full or re-scheduled.
Entire Agreement
These terms of service, together with our Privacy Statement and Limitations of Liability constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Law and Jurisdiction
This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with international law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the international courts.
